This site collects almost nothing, sells absolutely nothing, and runs no advertising. The full accounting takes about two minutes to read, which is the point.
What this site collects
The Launch Letter email — only if you give it. If you join the Launch Letter, your email address is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare, Inc.'s infrastructure, U.S.-based) for exactly one purpose: sending you one email when the practice opens, plus announcements of new free tools and guides if you'd want them. It is never sold, rented, shared, or used for advertising. Anonymous traffic analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that works without cookies and without fingerprinting — it tells me which pages get read, not who read them. Standard server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes technical data (IP addresses, request logs) to serve and secure it, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
What this site does not do
No advertising or ad networks. No sale or sharing of personal information. No tracking cookies set by this site. No social-media pixels. No purchase of data about visitors. The free tools — like the lien deadline calculator — run entirely in your browser: dates you enter are computed on your device and never sent anywhere.
Email and contact
If you email the contact address, your message is handled through ordinary email infrastructure and kept only as long as useful for responding. Please don't send confidential legal details — as the contact page explains, no attorney-client relationship exists and messages here aren't privileged.
Deletion — one email, done
Want off the Launch Letter list, or want any email correspondence deleted? Send the request to [email protected] from the address in question and it's removed promptly, no questions, no "are you sure" funnel.
Children
This site is written for adults dealing with property, construction, and record questions; it doesn't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and a deletion request for any such data will be honored immediately.
Changes
If the site ever collects more than described here — new tools, new forms, a real email provider — this page changes the same day, with a new effective date at the top. The current version is always the one that governs.
